We've introduced a convenient enhancement to the payment process. Now, we recommend the Virtual Payment Address (VPA) based on your customer's phone number directly on the collection screen. This means your customers can effortlessly use it for payment, eliminating the need to manually type in the entire VPA. What's even more impressive is that this VPA suggestion feature is fully functional, even if your customer is making their initial payment with us.
Additionally, customers now have the ease of initiating a collect request using just a phone number, eliminating the need to memorize a VPA. We will automatically send the request to the primary vpa linked to that phone number. This decreases the time involved to initiate a UPI collect payment request thereby improving the overall user experience.
