API Metrics

The API metrics is a new feature on the merchant dashboard under the Developer section. It provides you with more visibility in terms of metrics and the health of your APIs such as:

• Error Counts
• Latency
• API Usage

Select the time range and the request type using the available drop-down menus. The API metrics are generated based on the filter criteria.

Error Counts

An error count is the count of the different errors that are received during the API calls. Hover your mouse over the error counts graph to view the error message. Use the Download option to download the error counts data.

Latency

Latency is the time taken to respond to API calls. Hover your mouse over the latency graph to view the time taken. Use the Download option to download the latency data.

API Usage

API Usage shows the request count over a period of time. Hover your mouse over the API usage graph to view the request count. Use the Download option to download the API usage data.
