Use this API to deactivate a Cashgram.
Please use this Authorization token in headers to call any payout API (Refresh this page if the token is expired)

| 404 | ERROR | Active cashgrams id can only be deactivated |
| 422 | ERROR | Please provide a valid cashgram Id |
