The Create On Demand Transfer API will create a new on-demand request either from to the merchant or from to the vendor.

| 400 | Vendor does not exist | Specify a valid vendor ID. |
| 400 | Transfer amount should be greater than or equal to 10. | Provide a transfer amount greater than or equal to 10. |
| 400 | VENDOR does not have sufficient funds for express settlement. | Ensure vendor has sufficient balance. |
| 400 | MERCHANT does not have sufficient funds for express settlement. | Ensure merchant has sufficient balance. |
