Payments

The Payments section lists all the payments you have received from your customers for their subscriptions. For On-Demand subscriptions, when you want to initiate a large number of payments for multiple subscriptions, you can use the Bulk Payments feature.

To view customer payments,

• Go to Payment Gateway Dashboard > Subscriptions > select Payments.

To view payments for a particular date range, you can specify it in the Date Range field. You can also search for payments by specifying the subscription reference ID, and status in the Payments screen.

Bulk Payments

For On-Demand subscriptions, when you want to initiate a large number of payments for multiple subscriptions, you can use the Bulk Payments feature.

To upload a bulk payment file for on-demand subscriptions,

1. Go to Payment Gateway Dashboard > Subscriptions > Bulk Payments > click UPLOAD FILE.
2. Download the sample format. This is the format in which you need to provide the payment details.

3. Fill in the details and save the file.
4. Click CHOOSE FILE to select the file and then click UPLOAD.
5. Click DOWNLOAD to see if the payment was successfully initiated.
